Small Drum
HALYARD REQUIREMENTS:
The length of the halyard for hoisting the sail to the top of the mast should be one meter longer than the forestay length and 8mm (5/16') or 10mm (3/8') in diameter. The halyard for the furling drum should be 8mm (5/16'). The length of the drum halyard should be approximately two and a half times the distance from the drum to the cockpit. The actual length will depend on the size of the sail.
